Livingston County Health Center would like to announce a “Safe Sitter” class being held at their office on Friday, October 24th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 24th is a regularly scheduled day off from the Chillicothe R-II district. The Safe Sitter program has operated since 1980 with the promise of providing medically accurate and developmentally appropriate curriculum that is interactive and engaging for all participants. The Health Center is leading Young at Heart Resources Chair Yoga via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. at the Grand River Multipurpose Center. No special equipment is required, any level of fitness is welcome and there is no cost to attend! Come check it out-this class will run through mid-November.
