The Health Center is encouraging residents to take precautions against getting the flu after recent disease surveillance shows an uptick in cases locally. Things you can do: get a flu shot any Tuesday; wash your hands A LOT; stay away from sick people; stay home if you are sick; cover your coughs and sneezes and get plenty of rest and good nutrition.

In partnership with Young at Heart Resources, the Health Center is offering FREE Chair Yoga classes twice a week at the Grand River Multipurpose Center through April. All abilities are welcome, there is no cost to attend! Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. at the Senior Center (GRMC.)
