FREE Chair Yoga Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Grand River Multipurpose Center

In partnership with Young at Heart Resources, the Health Center is offering FREE Chair Yoga classes twice a week at the Grand River Multipurpose Center through April. All abilities are welcome, there is no cost to attend! Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. at the Senior Center (GRMC.)
