Health Center Soliciting Bids for New HVAC System

The Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing and installation of a new HVAC system at the Livingston County Health Center, located at 800 Adam Drive, Chillicothe, Missouri.

Interested contractors are encouraged to conduct an onsite walkthrough prior to submitting a bid. Walkthroughs may be scheduled by contacting the Livingston County Health Center at (660) 646-5506.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked “HVAC Bid Proposal” and received no later than 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Bids must be detailed and itemized.

The Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids; waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process; request additional information from bidders; and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Health Center.

All applicable licenses, permits, insurance, and code requirements shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
