Although many people think of the health center as 'the place where kids get shots,' we actually provide many services to adults as well.
As we grow older, we often take good health for granted and wait for a problem to show up before taking action. It’s important for all adults to not only maintain good health through proper nutrition, exercise and avoiding bad habits, but to identify health concerns and treat them before they become a health risk.
